Classes at GRC are designed to challenge and inspire. Each class includes a group warm-up, strength piece and workout. Classes are tailored to your needs, led by coaches with years of experience.
Workouts are fully scalable, with options provided to suit beginners through to competitive athletes. Classes are limited to 20 people so coaches can give individual feedback, helping you move well, train safely and build confidence.

1) Book a class
Choose a class time that suits you and book in online.
2) Arrive and say hi
Have a quick chat with your coach, go over the session plan and get into it.
3) Warm up together
Classes begin with a group warm-up to prepare your body and get you moving well.
4) Build strength and skills
You’ll work through a structured strength or skill piece, with coaching and scaling options available.
5) Hit the workout
Finish with a workout designed to improve fitness, strength and confidence — at your own pace.
6) Cool down and reset
Wrap up with a short cool-down and recovery guidance before heading on with your day.
